$2.7M → $6.5MAnnual revenue in 48 months while I served as General Manager.
A $1.2M/year wholesale account brought slower-season work but took capacity from retail jobs during the busy season. I explained the tradeoff to the owners and we proposed higher prices. The account gradually sent less work, freeing capacity for retail; revenue and profit both improved.
Structured one-on-ones across the crew, hiring through real interviews, and leadership and HR practices established during my time there.
CRM and follow-up systems, phone systems, Google presence and ad operations. A custom field-management app and CRM project with a developer.
Restaurants, dealerships, furniture stores, then construction: GM-level operating responsibility across four industries before founding Cornerstone.
I founded Cornerstone to bring other service businesses the same operating approach: phones, CRM, follow-up, and practical AI, with clear scope and a named owner.
AI and business software change fast. We stay current, help choose what fits your business, and manage the setup and ongoing work agreed in your plan.

Meet Ted Lopez
I started managing at 18, in restaurants, then dealerships and furniture stores before construction. At Jireh Asphalt & Concrete, I took on the day-to-day responsibility of a general manager: a 50-person team, customers, crews, equipment, and the decisions that keep work moving.
Over 48 months, annual revenue grew from $2.7 million to $6.5 million. After we proposed higher wholesale prices, the account gradually sent us fewer jobs, freeing capacity for retail work; both revenue and profit improved. I founded Cornerstone Intelligence Co. to bring that operating approach to other service businesses: clearer responsibilities, connected systems, and practical follow-through.
Today I help owners work through the problems that keep coming back to them. We can work in English or Spanish.

You’re working hard. But too much of the business still runs through you. What feels most familiar?
Choose a challenge to explore a starting point. We will discuss your situation when we review your inquiry.
Decisions keep finding their way back to you. Start with clear ownership, repeatable routines, and a team that can move work forward.Leads, customer questions, and team handoffs need a next step and a person responsible for it. Make the gaps visible first.More tools can mean more places for work to get lost. Map the actual workflow before adding another piece of technology. The way I work
People, process, and technology work best as one operation. Strengthen the connections, and the whole business can move forward.
People need to know what they own, how to make decisions, and where to go for support.
Practical routines turn good intentions into consistent handoffs, priorities, and follow through.
Connect your CRM, website, and practical AI around a process your team already understands.
Business Health Check
Work with me through an optional Business Health Check: a 90-minute assessment and five concrete deliverables, including a separate 45-minute executive debrief to decide what deserves attention next.
A concise view of where the business stands and the decisions that deserve your attention.
A practical review of direction, daily operations, financial visibility, people, customer experience, technology, growth, and how much depends on the owner.
See which opportunities matter, what they require, and where it makes sense to focus first.
A prioritized plan for the next 90 days, with a clearer order for the work ahead.
A separate 45-minute conversation to walk through the findings, answer questions, and clarify the next steps.
Scope and availability are confirmed before payment. Implementation is scoped and priced separately. You can use the findings to choose your next step.
Business Health CheckHow it works
Understand what you’re trying to build, what’s working, and what keeps coming back to you.
Look at the actual process, the handoffs, and where people lose time or information.
Decide what needs attention first and agree on the scope, responsibilities, and next steps.
Bring the appropriate team or specialists together around the agreed plan.
For implementation work, document the process, train the team, and check that they can use it.
From the work
Video walkthroughs and client stories are on the way. For now, here’s what the work looks like:
At Jireh, a wholesale account worth $1.2 million a year kept us busy in slower months but took capacity from retail jobs during the busy season. I explained the tradeoff to the owners, and we proposed higher prices. The account gradually sent us less work, freeing capacity for more retail work, and both revenue and profit improved.
Jireh had no credit lines when I arrived. I established them from scratch. Those credit lines became part of the financial footing for the company’s growth.
Jireh’s trucks were breaking down and unreliable. The company moved to newer trucks and better equipment. Operating standards improved across the board.
